FAQs

Quick answers about profiles, the planner, credits, and saved gift ideas.

How does Gift Planner work?

Create a gifting profile, save the person and occasion to your calendar, generate a set of AI gift ideas, and save the ones you like. Use the calendar view to see upcoming dates and History to review full gift context later.

What is the difference between the calendar and History?

The calendar view is your timeline of occasions and saved dates. History shows the full gift tiles and context (descriptions, why it matches, shopping links) for ideas tied to an occasion you select.

Do I need an account?

You can explore some flows without signing in, but saving profiles, planner events, and gift ideas requires an account so your data stays tied to you.

How do credits work?

Generating a new set of Ideas uses credits on your account. Reviewing saved ideas in History or your planner does not use additional credits. Check your balance on the Profile page.

Can I review saved ideas without generating new ones?

Yes. Open an occasion from the calendar view to view saved gift ideas in History, or use History after a recent set to compare what you already saved before generating new ones.

Why are some gift descriptions generic?

History pulls full AI context when it is available from the original recommendation set. If an idea was saved without that set link, we still show the gift name and shopping links with a shorter summary.

How do I reset my password?

Use Reset Password on the Profile page or the forgot-password flow from the login screen. We will email you a secure link to choose a new password.

How do I contact support?
